Well alright, let’s start with the title.
I was born and raised in the small country of Hungary, Europe, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. About 15 years ago I moved to Japan, met my wife, moved back to Europe and lived in Vienna, Austria for five years just to move back to Japan again. Fast forward a couple of years, now we are back in Vienna again since this summer - insane, huh?
The story of my life has not been a pursuit of beers but my wife would tell you otherwise. Nevertheless, wherever we have lived or travelled to around the world, I did my fair share of sampling - and intend to do so until debt do us part (and then some.)
    Cheers, kampai, prost, egészségedre!

Nice write-up, @monkist . You've had some adventures in your life, and I'm sure that beer has helped make it better too.

Funny, I spent Sep-Oct in Budapest for work (and beer), so I recognized your name right away from seeing the reviews.

    Egészségére!

Good for you! I can see you’ve had a fair share of local craft beers, great! Haven’t been home for a long time, brought back a lot of memories. And I think you were right about Brew Your Mind.
Hope you’ll have a chance to visit there again!

Thanks for the kind words, PapaGoose! Well, sometimes we wish to have settled down instead but we do agree with my wife that we can count these experiences like our assets in life, even though it was not beer and skittles all the time (most of the time just beer:grin:)
The best thing is that you guys at BA have been there all the while, I do remember your avatar from the beginning… Feels like being here with friends.
