    Working on 2 apple pies - Cinnamon Babka from Reisman’s Bakery, Brooklyn NY, and BCBS (2022) from Goose Island, Chicago IL:

    Bottled 8/9/22. Poured at 52°. I think this year’s batch is even better than 2021, which was great. Lots of bourbon and chocolate. Boozy heat (14.3%) in the retro nasal and on the tongue. Dry barrel finish. I will try to score more this week…however, today I will bake and cook and enjoy a delicious beer or two…and be thankful…wishing y’all a great day and a blessed Christmas - Cheers!
