    Good morning, all, and Merry 4th Day of Christmas! This is a follow-up to yesterday's post of this rather obscure beer from Listermann Brewing, Cincinnati, OH. The beer is Frank Duveneck: American Master, a sweet stout brewed with dark rock sugar and milk sugar. The label design features Duveneck's 1872 painting "Whistling Boy." This was produced in collaboration with the Cincinnati Art Museum. So just in case you were wondering...

    A balmy 38 degrees and sunny here on the north coast - Emma and I got a nice walk in - and am now doing laundry and some other home chores
    Had a nice visit with my daughter and her fiance Mon-Tues - great to see them!
