Been saving this one for tonight mainly because it has 2022 and 2023 on the bottle.

 

Happy 2023 everyone. 2022 was a rough one for me but hope springs eternal tonight. Starting with a Tree House Tree of Tranquility. Pineapple and burnt sugar in a Barleywine....yes please

Their heavily fruited sours, especially the sweet berry type, are like fruit smoothies. The BA stout I had was a Mortalis collab that I enjoy immensely (Written in the Stars). They’re like a PA sister brewer to Mortalis.

 

I’m pretty much done for 2022 -
Final brew, bourbon and ate a couple of small Aussie grass fed beef filets

My last beer of 2022. Decided to send it out with one I’ve been cellaring for a while - BBA Three Philosophers. Happy New Year BAs!

 

Dude, seriously. The discipline of training, learning, and photography skills. You know I gush, but it’s the equivalent of @beergoot beer head forming skills. Fantastic! I enjoy it all the time!

 

And to you for noticing! Had a great trip there about six years ago, loved it.

 

Two Tides Brewing in Savannah GA, Citra and Cashmere is tasting great! Fireworks are starting to go off around our neighborhood, we used to wait til midnight.

Things are looking dicey. The tarragon plant turned out to be rosemary, there’s no dry mustard so I’m going to substitue curry powder and the egg cartons both have Best By dates in August.
