Appetizers and beer.

 

Fremont 13th BW. I snagged some via Tavour. Nose is hiding, very faint floral vibe maybe. Flavor is an interesting English BW caramel/toffee base but with a poignant vanilla note up front. Creamy mouthfeel, with a bit of carbonation bite at the end. I think B5K is still my fav from them, but this is a good lighter offering.

 

This is a tad watery, but nice nose and flavor, a tad thin. 11% but drinks like 8%.

 

This beer is under the radar good BA!

On my seventh Coors Banquet, my favorite cheap lager. Pounding it because I had COVID bad last New Years Eve, so I'm making up for it this year. Blasting the music loud too, having a ball.

I got COVID in late September and didn’t really have it bad but my sense of smell still goes in and out at times.

 

Not a big Michigan fan but that call against them was as bad as it gets.

 

I would have lost on purpose if I knew that was coming. Just the smell of mayonnaise makes me nauseous. They mentioned something about putting it in spaghetti sauce during the game and the announcers were dipping macaroons in it at 1/2 time. N
