So, who else is really diggin' Concordance? The Saaz hops in concert with the grainy malts is dialed in to Czech perfection. Sort of a cross between Urquell and Budvar -- maybe right there with Golden Pheasant.

Finally reviewed it last night - gave it a very favorable review/rating.

How about the Warbler Vivant? We could use some more reviews/recognition of a great Dark Mild.

There always seems to be a lot of folks asking for more of the style, well here you go folks.

Haven't seen it locally yet ... we also never saw the CDL they released ... :sob:

Huh. Binny's Gurnee has (had?) it -- the Warbler too.

    Maybe a geographic limitation again.

Bottles & Cans didn't have Warbler Vivant (or they had already sold out) when I went in Saturday. Believe me, if I see it, I'm buying it.

Can't remember if it was one or 2 cases at Gurnee. Same amount of the Dunkel (whatever it was).

I was happy to get a 4-pack of both.

Had a can a few days ago and quite enjoyed it. Nicely flavorful mild. And as much as I enjoyed it from the can, I imagine it would be approaching sublime off the beer engine @ RT.

not sure if this too out of the way, but beermiscuous in lakeview has warbler vivant (and the dunkel and a bunch of other RT stuff). I grabbed both and some more accordance

    Any thoughts on Concision?

I’m a little sticker shocked. But if it’s of the quality All American Burger, then I suppose I can justify it maybe once or twice a year

This is definitely a departure from their usual pricing, but at the end of the day their west coast IPAs have been stellar, so yeah, I dig this one more than any WC IPAs in Chicagoland. This is highest ABV hoppy brew they've put out (I think?), with some fancy hops so kind of makes sense...

FWIW I usually shop at bottle shops that let me get single cans, so I can just get one or two and not worry about spending an extra buck on something I don't drink every day.

I’m having a can of it right now; it’s really good and worth the price of admission . Dank, citrusy and moderate bitterness. Crystal clear and nice fluffy head. It has that slimmed down malt bill that makes the beer feels lighter than the abv and the hops shine.
RT has been killing it lately with a wide range of styles. I’m not sure if the “—ion” name is a shout out to Pliny / Russian River , and this isn’t same beer, but I see the similarities.

Warbler Vivant is fantastic. Chocolate-y, nice coffee notes and an oak-y / acorn-y finish.

Looks like it's on cask at the Beer Temple...I may have to go tomorrow!!

Warbler Vivant was better than expected on cask. And I expected it to be great!

Found a cold solo can of concision tonight. Thx beer cellar, I’ll be going back for a 4pk later this week!

this is Half Acre at its best level good. (Half acre is my favorite brewery in the state. If you love hops and want a master class in how to create an intense yet refined hop experience, then this is for you. You won’t many more laser focused west coast IPAs.

comparisons? It’s the Nelson from PW Nelson without the malt, the hard candy resin from
HA Preen without the the sticky malt. It’s the dank blueberry weed that blew your mind a decade ago. This beer is a lean mean hop machine. A+. this is top notch intention and execution.
