    Hey all and happy new year, since I didn’t post this past weekend for various reasons.

    Starting the week and year with the very good Espresso Stout from Hitachino, Japan.

    I did this using the pastel medium, it’s much more difficult than a mere sketch and obviously only a beginning for me. I intend to take course about this too as this isn’t bad but too simplistic:

    King Goblin, an Imperial Ruby beer at 6,6% and a first for me. Turning out to be good as every I’ve had from Wychwood brewery… fairly bitter, dry finish and some caramel notes. Cheers!
