Full hot takes in the New Beer Sunday #933 thread. Headline for you, this is a nice WCIPA, a little bit more mellow than Anti-Hero, a little bit more piney with less malt.

I'm a happy camper this morning, and very pleased I picked up this variety pack after skipping the past few with two NEIPAs. Jukebox-Hero (Black IPA) and Anti-Hero plus this one seals the deal.

Only one song pairs with this beer. Enjoy!

 

Good day BAs! Thanks @SawDog505 for starting us off today! Another overnight dusting of snow that collects on the cooler portions of the yards but doesn't last on the roads or lawns. That's what we get when my snowblower is primed and ready!

A mediocre attempt at a barrel-aged doppelbock - lacks malt goodness and doesn't deliver on the barrel. Sorry Shiner, maybe less pride and more barrel. Rating 3.31, rDev -7.8%

Glad you enjoyed it! It is however a bit of a palate wrecker (for a lager) so make sure you cleanse nicely and allow some time before you move on to your next beer.
