I was holding a huge bomber (over 1,5 liter) of this earlier today. Some are still around from the holiday season. Decided to put it back on the shelve, since I'm just by myself this evening

Drinking SN Powder Day IPA. The supermarket sold or pulled all of the Celebration and replaced it with Powder Day dated 12/7. Tastes great! Got some other stuff too

hey I got 4 left.. I was not kidding, good beer doesn't last long around me especially lagers. It's a good thing tho, you sent me a lot of worthy choices. To curious to let em sit in there and age.

 

Cleaning out the fridge. Cutting back big time on drinking and other bad stuff after today. Most people start on January 1. Most people start on a Monday. F that!!!

Strangely my taste buds want a choco stout but my body wants a DIPA or a Hazy. Hmmmm....Well, I see Advocates tippin' some NA black stuff. I don't have any Guinness on hand but I do have official Imperial Pint Glasses, and in the opposing corner weighing in at 8% ABV Castle Danger Dark Chocolate George Hunter Stout. Again, hmmm. I've lived up here for 32 yrs and have never gone George hunting. Cheers!

Chouffe 40.
How time flies. Good anniversary brew to my taste. La Chouffe is from the east part of Belgium, close to Germany. Wonderful forrest area, also home to beers like Orval.

I think "the trick" might have more to do with what you initially stated: getting acclimated to the tastes of NA beer.
