    Bit cold and blustery here on the north coast - Emma and I got our walk in anyway - tis the season to bundle up after all!

    Ding ding ding! Wowza, this is a great tasting NA beer! Liberte from Stella Artois.....0.0% abv, 59 calories and 13 carbs....I have been sampling some pretty good NA brews so far this month, but this one is close to the top for me...wow, need to get more of this!

    Yes, and all Belgian beers have French and Flemish on their labels as far as I know. Also 'Blonde' and 'Blond'. May look somewhat overdone to us, but language is a very serious thing in Belgium.

    Happy Friday & Saturday to all! Thanks @Shanex for 3737. Had a long-ass band rehearsal last night and it's a mile from Chet's Drive thru Liquor over in STPL. I was early so quality time was spent scoopin' some brews pre-music. Here's one from a Half Time haul: Meteor Pils from good ol' France. A lovely Pils. Salute!

    This is a beer that caught my eye a long time ago (it's the label), and when I finally traded for it (and some other La Cumbre beers) it did not disappoint. Super delicious and right up my alley as far as how IPAs should taste.

    Dark, reddish copper appearance to the body, crystal clear; sparse carbonation; thick, spongy head, light khaki color and long lasting. Sweet malty nose with notes of cinnamon. Fantastic flavors; rich roasted malt sweetness with a slightly charred sugar taste; cinnamon and brown sugar; honey undertone; very mild bitterness. Heavy body; dense silkiness; slippery; nice underlying warmth.

    This is an incredible beer, historically brewed for the Fall season but makes for a fine Winter warmer, too.
