    Friday-Saturday: Noon-Midnight (kitchen closes 10pm)

    Doing a little old/new Willy's side-by-side this evening.

    "New" Willy's (same recipe) is now foeder-lagered, conditioned with Krausen, plus now brewed with organic malt and organic yeast...and it's oh so delicious.
