Hey @Shanex ! Happy to bend elbows with you at the virtual bar! Time is winding down until fatherhood, and I told Mrs. Raul that I wanted to stay up a bit. The apartment is getting cramped more by the day with deliveries and gifts… Just like this beer that was given to me by a friend of Mrs. Raul. 2 1/2 months old, but still ok. Do you guys know that I met up with Shanex summer of 2021 in France? That’s one reason BA is awesome. Cheers!

Good Day BAs! A much warmer 46° walk with dogs earlier this morning. Usual chores done, warming up nicely now with a Utopias BA WWS:



Bottled 8/27/21. Poured at 53°. Still boozy hot after almost 17 months and lovin’ it! Mouth warmth (17.2%) and heat down the gullet - a true winter “warmer”!

I agree with @RaulMondesi that BA is a special place to hang out, and make friends from all across the globe. I had the pleasure of tipping a couple of brews with @Shanex in St. Denis, I think in 2018…good times, great guy! Cheers and have a terrific Tuesday y’all!

I thought you would be celebrating the 'Boys' win with something more potent this morning! What a weird game it was!

I'm trying not to drink today but seeing this excellent pils makes wanna cheat.

 

I got caretaking duties today so I'm drinking lighter atm till later on. I'm also in the same boat trying to drink less abv/calories. I tend to do this after the holidays to. Start drinking the shit out of pale lagers, drink less ales in preparation of 110° heat.

We are pretty happy about that tho. I was expecting a lose so it was fun to see them play well. If we can keep that momentum going, should actually be a fun playoffs to watch. Sooner or later we'll choke tho.

No harm with a pint of lager.
