    Both Pils were top notch and I’m finishing with the Embers Only Smoked Helles and it is indeed quite smoky. Kinda like BBQ pork Lager, but in a good way. [​IMG]

    The chow has always been great. By the way you’re within walking (staggering?) distance of Masthead which has a good number of good beers and a pizza oven. Just sayin’. If the gnome hadn’t made dinner plans for us, I’d be joining you.

    Maybe it's the proper glassware, or maybe it's the fact that it's Friday, but this tastes a lot better this time. I can even get a faint sniff of... something, which is a lot better than nothing. Actually, I take this back; sometimes nothing is better than something (*flashbacks to infected ales*). In any case, I'm joining @LarryV and (probably) @TheIPAHunter who will inevitably crack one open soon.
