Major thanks. Today is “one of those days,” for my girls so anything besides a quick pop in is off the table.

Here and can confirm it’s both gravity cask and on tap. They can do growlers.

    cheers!

We don’t use the G word anymore. Got too old for that 64oz life.

Fuck, I went earlier and decided to get the Kölsch for a pour and bought a crowler of the Baltic Porter to bring home, not remembering it would've been a cask pour there

Ooooff. “crowler style,” is fantastic though. Not the worst mistake.

The Salem one is Feb 7th. Just mentioning since I always have to double check Notch events now with the Brighton location doing its thing too. Enjoy!!

Certainly not. Drinking it right now and it's goddamn beautiful. One of the best Baltic Porters I've had, behind maybe only Forest & Main's

Is Flip the Bird still open? Every time I drive by there it's closed.

Actually, did not know when I said that they have been closed since November for a relaunch. So bad rec on my part :grimacing:

Good rec, just bad timing! Good to know they’ll be back though, I’ve never been but heard good things.

Spoke with July: Rotbier preparation (brew schedule) starts next week…tried to push gravity upon the release

+ hinted at some new additions, for Starkbierfest 2023

I’m glad Kokeshi has finally reopened. Super close to Notch, good food, fun atmosphere.

I wasn't able to make it to the krug club happy hour due to kid obligations :sob:, how was it? And was anything shared about how krug club will work in 2023?

    It was fun!

I'm still the absolute worst at pouring beer off a Lukr tap.

They held sign ups for 2023 at the end of the night, but I don't recall any mention of how it will work in 2023.

Two other items of note: The hummus place has closed. And the new place, Birds of Paradise, is insanely busy...like all the time. Weekends you're looking at two hours waits, but the good news is you can put your number in and they'll text you. So you can drink beers at Notch while you wait.

Sad I didn't post here to meet any BA people, but I bet we bumped into each other regardless.

It was a fun event since there were no +1 allowed so everyone was ready to meet some new people. Surprisingly a younger crowd than I anticipated, I expected to be the youngest by a fair margin, but a good distribution of people.

Great night and even a bad self pour of Tenner tastes amazing!
