    Good Saturday afternoon, Advocates. I’m joining in the festivities as one of my favorite local breweries, Untied, celebrates its 4th Anniversary. This year’s anniversary IPA, 4th Trip Around the Sun, hopped with Citra, Columbus, Strata, Waimea, and Simcoe, is excellent. Congrats to Matt, Andrew, and the Untied Team!

    I did a beer run into Ohio this morning…now soaking up some sun on the pool deck, a breezy 54°, drinking one of my favorites - Fat Head’s Brewery’s “Head Hunter” WC style IPA:

    Bitter grapefruit rind and some pine; long bitter linger. Clean and poundable. West Coast baby! Cheers y’all!
