    Next up at Untied Brewing: Dada, a Czech Dark Lager named for the Dadaist art movement of the early 20th Century. But there’s nothing nihilistic about this beer. Great local example of a style that more brewers should take the time to make. Cheers from New Providence, NJ!

    An interesting and ultimately very enjoyable winter ale, different from American and English-styled winter ales with an orchard-like ripeness to it yet still malty yet with an nice twist of bitterness for depth and complexity.

    ...not the live cut on the CD in my pic, but for fans of Grant Green (or old school jazz guitar in general), I highly recommend this double CD...
