Started out with a growler of Hess - Trinitas with my wife, then shared a bottle of Jolly Pumpkin - Bam Biere with my sister, now I have my very own Samuel Adams - Old Fezziwig.

Pursuit of Hoppiness. Nice amount of sweetness coming through on this one. Although I'm wondering what this brew is like super-fresh (this one was bottled on 10/23/12), it's still fantastic and probably the best red/amber I've had.

Just got done being Santa for the first time... Did not worry last year as our son was 10 months, but now that he is almost 2 I decided to give it a go. Had a NB Snow Day while putting stuff under the tree. Now that the wife has gone to bed I decided to relax with a Central Waters Satin Solstice Imperial Stout and of course let the Led out.

Sipping on a 2010 bottle of Snake River's Le Serpent, a very tasty sour. Those guys at Snake River make some very good beers, love Pako's and Zonker too.

Alley Kat Darn Tartan Scottish Ale
Russian River Temptation (Batch 006) - Pours the most wonderfully clear, bright golden amber. Bags of sourness and funk on the nose, and as it warms, the Chardonnay really shines through.
Russian River Consecration (Batch 007) - Just a great sour brown ale with a real, true Cab Sauv flavour coming through. Marvellous!
Samichlaus 2006 - Still tastes a little young; too malty.
Harviestoun Ola Dubh 12, bottled July 2009 - Good integration from the whisky barrel. Like having a chocolate liquor.

Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold. Nothing like a well-crafted lager.
