Yes. Aged for 18 months in the back seat of a 1983 VW Scirocco.

Hate to be "that guy" but VW Scirocco's made after 1981 are technically "Type 2," and I think a brewery of this calibur should be very upfront about how they are aging because there's no way to know what the increased rear headspace does to the back seat aging.

The beer really drinks well in extremely uncomfortable places.

I tried parfait b5 on Saturday, and it was chocolatey, but not in a good way lol.

Yeah I have a can I’m still sitting on. Tastes like drinking a can of melted bittersweet chocolate chips lol

So with these bottle shares at Shared, do some bring big bottles they know they can't finish themselves?

Reason for the ask is that I have 3-4 rare Veil stouts that I've been sitting on for years that would be perfect to bring. They're either in magnums or the 1.75L bottles.

I realize there's a $10 uncorking fee for each one

I think the corkage fee is new and no one really knows how it works yet. But if you’ve got a 3L bottle you need to get rid of Id think you’d be fine bringing it in there lol. To be clear tho, I’ve only seen the corkage fee listed at the cellar, not at the other locations.
