Good day BAs! Thanks @belvedere86 for starting today's thread! A frosty morning here 24F (-3C) but it looks like it'll be a pleasant day later, after Noir Alley when I venture outside to pick up twigs and branches, mostly from my neighbor's oak.

Today's New Breakfast Beer:



OK but not great - to my taste, the smoke seems to come from burning rubber rather than a pleasing wood smoke from apple, oak, or cherry. Rating 3.56, rDev -7.8%.

Good morning/day BAs! Slept in again…morning coffee - Existential Bliss BBA Imperial Stout from Humble Forager Brewery, Waunakee, WI:



Amazing rich chocolate and bourbon, followed by vanilla and oak. Warmth in mouth from 12.5%. Aged in Buffalo Trace, Bairdstown, Heaven Hill, Willet Rye, and Templeton Rye barrels. Sooo fine!

Cool 66° gusty day with some rain. Long drive later…we start another trial tomorrow…I’ll be back about kickoff time. Cheers and have a Super Sunday y’all!

Quite the new beer here. A collaboration between Roadhouse and Dogfish Head.
"Triple decocted American Strong Ale with cherries aged in Dogfish Head Whiskey barrels, dry hopped with orange peel and cherry." 12.1%abv. Very complex.
