Wounds. An IPA brewed by Veil. Got granddaughter (age 5) baby sitting duty tomorrow while daughter and son-in-law go out for awhile. Son-in-law has been really down since his dog of 15 years died recently. Daughter suggested I give him this beer and a few other Veil beers which may help.

 

Happy Friday Beer Day!!! This offering from my local is all dank and juicy citrus, a great way to end a busy week. Absolutely love it.

 

Next in Friday nights lineup is a SwampHead Brewing barrel aged 10-10-10 imperial 10% IPA. It tastes along the lines of a Backwoods Bastard hopped to death. The wife said since we're staying home and made two 75 mile round trips to the Toyota dealer today we deserve Skrewball shots......I'm often just a guy that says yes...........

Went with a cheese pizza tonight with an ample amount of Thai chilies. Had a nice level of heat.

 

Your cartoon says it all. Sorry to hear about all the mischarges. I lost track how often that has happened to me but I admit you are setting a record.

I was tempted to go back and figure the few Finbacks I have had but hell, you know, I am too lazy. That said I still remember how much I liked the brewery.

If ever you get overwhelmed with new born baby stuff let me know. We had two. Both daughters had two. My advice would be worthless but the ladies in the family could help.

 

Started with an aldi hefewizen. As a beer for which I paid 6 dollars for a six pack it’s not horrible, as an example of hefewizen it’s trash though.

moved on to a Firestone Mind Haze, first hazy boi I’ve had in a long time. It’s right tasty.

Currently sipping on a SN torpedo. Sierra Nevada is the brewery that got me into craft and is probably my overall favorite brewery of all time. I’ve had better tasting, I’ve had stuff that’s more deliciously local, but between the nostalgia and just the taste SN keeps me coming back for more

 

Wounds is a west coast inspired IPA. Someone bought me a west coast IPA at the Answer tonight. I enjoyed both.

I think I may go to the Answer to see if I can get a four pack of the beer.

 

Cigars and watered down scotch. Like a lot of em through out the day, he definitely maintained a steady buzz. Oh and champagne.

 

The Wolf Barrel Blend. At 3 Sheeps Brewing. Slipknot's Corey Taylor and Clown's sons band is awesome! I can't wait to see them at Milwaukee Metalfest!
