    Happy Monday/Presidents’ Day ba. Into it here with Dogs and Boats, dipa citra/mosaic, beer’d brewing. My first offering from the brewery as well. Clean and straight forward hoppy. Very much akin to sos. (I keep calling it boats and hoe’s).

    Opaque black appearance in the glass; incredibly dense and semi-creamy head, light kahki in color. Roasted and charred grain aroma; graham cracker; charred dark bread crust; sweet. Rich flavors; dark milk chocolate; toasted marshmallow; sweet graham cracker; subliminal bourbon undercurrent; moderate sense of bitterness; slight woodiness. Heavy body; velvety and sludgy; mild alcohol warmth cuts through the residual sugar; fine sweet and dry feel combination.

    This is an exquisite barrel aged stout, replete with richly nuanced flavors of graham cracker and marshmallow.

    Finally finished up the chores and time to relax and have a couple beers before getting back into the rat race tomorrow.

    Starting off with Athletic's Cerveza Atletica. The more of these I have the more I appreciate this NA brew. A great supplement to real beer to help keep my consumption down.

    Guggman Haus Biergarten Days Munich Dunkel (German Magnum/Hallertau Mittelfruh). Brown bread, nuttiness, some roast, some caramel, chocolate, and slight floral and earthiness from the hops. Semi-creamy feel, yet stays crisp and highly drinkable. Well done. These guys make some awesome lagers.

    Missed answering! It’s to drink like Churchill for a day, which equates to about six whiskys, three cognacs, two bottles of champagne and other assorted goodies. Oh, and having between eight and ten cigars…

    I couldn't finish watching it...
    Presumptuous performance and not worthy of that shirt.
    I'm taking the train on Friday and I'm going to tell them this thing in my dialect, a little less calm than the Bolognese one.
    Euroleague day vs Baskonia (Tau Vitoria, for the no longer very young) twinned with the little fans of the fortitudo and who well remember us from that famous 2001 with a certain Manu Ginobili who was named MVP.

    Arvon Blue Wing West Coast DIPA. Ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, slight blueberry, cannabis dank, floral, resinous pine, earthy spice. Plenty of bitterness. Proper west coast right here.

    Spring cleaning. 2017 and 2018, respectively. I already drain poured the first, and will likely do the same with the second after a few more sips for science.
