    So I logged in and it doesn’t say much except that “Your product "Van Winkle Beer : Barrel : Time 2023 Package! (VWBBT, SdB #13, SdF #6 & Loam VB2022)" has been sent”.

    It says this same message for the other orders I’ve placed in the past that were picked up, and doesn’t say anything at all about it being completed (unless I’m not looking at the correct screen).

    As a local that’s what mine say as well, don’t have any orders that haven’t been picked up to compare though

    I just logged in and went to my account. It showed order number, date, payment status, fulfillment status and total. You’ll have to scroll over to see the rest of columns if on mobile.

    Oh that’s awesome, that’s why I love these forums, it was called blue pit I believe, it was more of a whiskey place but the bbq was incredible!

    there was a brewery right around the corner from it where we had a couple too

    Bingo. It was on Friday. Place probably looked like Black Friday at Best Buy in the year 2000 with lines out the door before open.

    as far as orders being picked up and getting an email… anyone use the shop app? i get notifications from it when purchases are made as well as when pick ups have been made. it’s also easier to look through for order number / history than searching email…
