My whole friend group ended up having multiple pours of this this past weekend. Just a fantastic beer.

Almost had to run out and buy some vials. #vialgate

 

It’s been way too long for coffee shop vibes. Like 17 months? That is my request. Please release coffee shop vibes.

 

It’s been like 3 years since bacsv, that’s one of my favorites! That is my request. I really liked the summer csv, I hope some of that was put into barrels

 

Or better yet, put some into cans. 12oz cans would be ideal. Pretty sure they did that with Base Weight a few years ago

 

I’ve been barking up this tree for a long time. At this point I just want more coffee beers.

 

The Maplewood Coffee Crawl is March 18th, so expect plenty of coffee stouts from Side Project on that Saturday.

 

Soooo it's March 1st. Is today new LC invitation day? You ever try not to get your hopes up for something because you know the chances of it happening are slim but the more you try to do that the more it runs through your mind? Yeah. That.

 

SP hasn't sent out renewals for LC yet, will be this week. They will need to go through that process to see how many potential spots they have for new members.

 

Interesting. LC goes through February, correct? Seems strange that renewal wouldn't have happened yet.

 

Are they expanding at all or just replacing non-renewals? Fingers cross they don’t just go based off referrals for new members

 

I mean 2/23 was the renewal date last year. It’s a week later this year. No big deal.

And the fee almost doubled to $225+tax

 

One of the first LC beers of the year is gonna be D17 though so that's exciting

 

Curious how this is going to play out since the justification for the increase was “The new 2023 price gives Cory more freedom to include a wider range of beers with the membership, but there is not a set total price or total quantity of beer that will be included in the membership price.”

Just curious, but did email just go out to new members? I got the option to renew, most importantly, but no email explaining the new year

 

“I can do whatever I want and how I want”. It’s odd for sure. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
