    Yep, it's Westy 12, one that's been aging less than gracefully in beer reefer #1 since @superspak sent it to me back in NBS BIF #2 or #3, before my old computer fried the hard drive and I lost those records. I'd been saving it for a special occasion and today it is! I may have held it a bit too long... Rating 4.24, rDev -8%. But stiil, many thanks Ian - I've NEVER seen another bottle of this!

    Morning, BAs! I've been sick with a nasty bug since Thursday, so I took the last two days off from any alcohol. Still a bit squirrelly, but I figure good enough to join @Gkruszewski with a Founders Breakfast Stout (especially as I've been up since 2:20 this morning).

    I got covid 5 weeks ago and it kind of kicked my ass. Still mildly sick 5 weeks later. Took 4 home tests during the peak week and all were negative. Went to the clinic and it was positive. Luckily the fam just had mild cold symptoms for a couple days… they gave it to me!
