    Brewing Projekt World Eater NEIPA, 6.2% ABV. Pours opaque golden with a 3-finger off-white head that left great lacing. Nose is citrus and slight berry. Taste follows, faintly sweet slightly bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

    Hot as hell here. I'm running up the temperature in the house because we're getting the furnace replaced today. Luckily it'll be a balmy 34 degrees today. Of course now that we've decided to replace the old furnace, it's working great suddenly. With the day off, it's a great opportunity for a morning beer.

    Bottled 12/12/22. Poured at 57°. Almost always in my morning “go to” rotation lately.

    Errands to run later, followed by the Tripping Animals, and Dream State tap takeover at Hawthorne, with can drop, at 4pm. Hope to see y’all later. Cheers and have a worry free Wednesday!

    Brewing Projekt Tough Guy DIPA, 7.93% ABV. Pours slightly hazy orange with a four-finger off-white head that left slight lacing. Nose is light citrus and pine. Taste is mostly pine, some light fruit, faintly sweet, moderately bitter. Dry mouthfeel. Overall Very good.
