    Nice sun and 71 today, rain and snow overnight into tomorrow. Enjoying a Gansett, do they use corn as the adjunct or corn syrup, I taste a bit of corn sweetness?

    The beer looks good! I have never been to the establishment but I like a number of the offerings I see on the beer menu.

    Great post. I am especially intrigued with the bourbon. I never had it. Personally, I have been behaving when it comes to bourbon consumption although my wine consumption is another story.

    How is the bourbon?

    Cinnamon and spicy chillies nose. Taste follows with hot verde sauce and bitter sweet dark chocolate. Spicy hot peppers overwhelm the whole. Good but too much heat (and cinnamon) for me. Cheers!

    ...Mashbuild is an interesting whiskey enterprise...don't distill directly (as far as I know) but do source various other distilleries to blend and create their own products...that said, I'm highly impressed with their efforts...great price point, too, for their whiskeys...similar in concept (I suppose) to Black Maple Hill whiskeys...I have no idea about their distribution footprint, but if you see their bottles, I'd say they're worth exploring...
