For Gravedigger Billy, we don't used a peated malt, which can bring an intensity that in my opinion is way beyond what just about anyone wants in a barrel-aged strong ale. We include some beechwood smoked malt, and only let it take up a portion of the malt bill, which gives us the friendly smoke level we're looking for. Gravedigger uses 7 different types of malt overall.

 

Apple Brandy Ryeway still awesome as well. Might be my favorite Rev beer.

 

I had one most recently in January, and it is still phenomenal. I love the possibility of seeing more of that and Ten Year Beer, which is also a favorite of mine.

Love to hear this. At the end of last year's season, the regular Gravedigger was still around for a while, so I bought an extra case of it. Absolutely no regrets.

 

Very excited for this upcoming surprise drop especially if I find an Apple Brandy in my library box. Like others have said the artwork for this is superb.

 

Semi-annual reminder that Eugene Porter is a marvelous beer.

 

I have to admit, I panicked when the 6 packs disappeared. Much relieved to see the return in tall boys.

 

No ill will to Eugene Porter, but Im really preferring Repo Man.

That explains why tickets are $138. This inflation is a bitch.

 

Did they lower the price since originally posted? I thought it was $185 and the text in the description still has it at $185 though it says $138 where you click.

 

After all fees / taxes etc it's $185.

They include 20% gratuity as well.

If someone was traveling from Milwaukee to Michigan, is there a Binnys close to the to the Wisconsin border that would have Straight Jacket in stock? Thanks in advance

 

Use beer menu's to locate straight jacket & that will help your search. Straight jacket is pretty abundant on Chicagoland shelves you shouldn't have much difficulty finding it.

 

The brewery is right of I-90/Kennedy and they have Straight Jacket in stock. Doesn't get more convenient than that.
