"New" United States Regional Forums

Here's where we landed based on the poll + feedback from the Should we expand the United States forums again? thread.

• Great Lakes: Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin
• Mid-Atlantic: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia
• Midwest: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota
• Mountain: Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming
• New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont
• Northwest: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington
• Pacific: California, Hawaii
• South: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee
• South-Atlantic: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina
• Southwest: Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas

Differences vs. the OG 10:

• Minnesota moved to Great Lakes
• Idaho moved to Northwest
• West Virginia moved to Mid-Atlantic

I plan on starting the process this week and will use this thread as an update log.

Update: I've slowly begun the process of expanding the forums. I anticipate that all forums will be set up today, but it'll take a a few days to complete moving as many threads that I can in bulk. After that we'll move stragglers to their new home over time.

Please be patient and hold off on reporting any threads.

Update: All of the new forums are now in place. Moving threads in bulk will continue throughout the week.

Notes:

• Midwest was renamed to Great Lakes
• Northeast was renamed to New England
• South was renamed to South-Atlantic
• West was renamed to Pacific
• Threads are being moved from those core four into the 6 new forums accordingly

 

Update: Removed the "United States: " prefix from forum names to increase readability.
