He is referring to onsite vintage bottles to purchase which were in addition to the included beers already listed.

Yeah the B&B I went to back in 2019 had special on-site bottles (D6 and D11) in addition to the advertised pairing pours. Wondering if that pic on the site is a little sneak peak or just a picture from a previous B&B.

They keep referencing MJK recipe in the CWH parfait description, so is this like a barley stout blend?

I believe they said it was only one barrel, so a small portion.

"For CWH Parfait, we blended with that special beer in mind and used our Oak Aged Vibes recipe blended with Barrel Aged Stout which had rested for 24 to 37 months in Weller 12 and Willett Rye barrels and a final touch of 2 oak barrels which were a blend of the M.J.K. and Vibes recipes which had rested for 25 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels. The final blend was then finished on raw coconut flakes and shredded toasted coconut."
I read that as 4 barrels:
    stout in Weller 12
    stout in Willett Rye
    barleywine/stout in 2 Willett Bourbon

I'm sure it's just me because I'm an idiot but breweries are blending so much now to make 1 beer that the description always confuses the hell out of me.

It’s a good balance between BA & non BA coco.
It reminds me of when they used to have it on cask.

Drinking one now. I feel like I can tell it’s not 100% stout. It’s good, but not my favorite.

I'm literally about to do that this Wednesday, for my birthday. I have an 18 month old son, and with my busy work-travel schedule I find that every weekend is precious time I use to spend time with family. Drinking alone is what I do these days. No time for coordinated multi-bottle shares like in the years past, although I use to do those plenty. Now I wait for my son to go to sleep before opening a beer.

One thing I found out is, I do enjoy drinking an entire 25oz bottle of BBT or a similar beer solo. Really gets me a lot of 1-on-1 time with a beer over a longer time and temperature change versus 4-5oz with many other beers. I'm bummed for that reason that this is only half the usual amount I'll take down.

Gotta say, I was skeptical that it would be much different, but PVW BBT lived up to the hype. Thank god for Sundays.
