    From Widowmaker Brewing on Facebook:

    Widowmaker // Boston // 2023
UPDATE: Our Boston location will feature a full kitchen that will be operated by Bone and Bread. We are very excited to share the news of this partnership with you. Bone and Bread began their operation as a food truck in January of 2022 when they made their debut at our Braintree location and has been a fixture on Wood Road on a weekly basis ever since.
Bone and Bread’s founder and operator John Brennan spent a year working at Widowmaker while he prepared to open Bone and Bread. He knows firsthand what our company culture is and we know firsthand how creative and passionate he is about creating amazing food.
Try Bone and Bread’s food for yourself, they will be at Widowmaker Braintree today starting at 12 PM!
Things are starting to get real… more updates soon.

I don't think I'd heard of Widowmaker before, but lucky me that the hotel my wife booked for last Friday was right across the street. I thought the Twin Comet and Triple Comet were both really good and I especially liked the west coast Blue Wizard.

Playing this back, I'm sure if I had been the one who'd booked the hotel she would have accused me of doing it as a scheme to visit one more brewery.

Went to Braintree last year on a nice summer afternoon. Very cool vibe down there. Looking forward to enjoying a fresh Blue Comet on tap in Brighton.

Ahhh haven’t thought about that area in many years. Worked at New Balance for a bit next to it years ago. Good spot to scoop all the after work folks. Although, fuck New Balance and their “return to work policy.” After telling my sister, who was a long time employee; she will never come back to the office and she can move to wherever she wants. Then recently trying to demand she has to be in again after moving. She enjoyed quitting for another job and them losing a tenured strong employee. Got a pay bump as well. Great work Corporate America

    But I digress…

I guess when I take that hard left(coming from my direction off sturrow) I never think of it! I just curse and stare at that legit 6 minute light. My cousins grew up in Brighton too ha. In my defense I was always on the other side of NB by the new widow if I was outside. But goddamn good catch
