    Well, it's been a long day, advocates. Why shouldn't I kick off the WBAYDN thread, right? I'm thirsty. After all, there's always plenty of good beer to enjoy. Settling in w/ this Memento Mori, a collab between North Park & Depeche Mode. Yes, you read that one correctly. I hope everyone has a kick-ass Saturday and an even better weekend.     Good day BAs! Thanks to @TheIPAHunter for starting us off on this weekend! And to @The_Kriek_Freak for starting us off with some more beautiful photos from places most of us will never see in person.

    Today's New Breakfast Beer is a bit disappointing; no head, no lacing, and virtually no aroma. It's yet another variant of one of my favorite brews:

    Still, the "extended barrel aging" brings a smooth sophistication to this brew - too bad it lost all the head and most of the aroma in the process. Very nice leather, cherry, chocolate, bourbon, etc. flavors well-blended. Rating 3.79, rDev -12.7%.

    [​IMG] I got another gem from Maine. Please don’t judge, my sons baseball practice is next to a great beer store and is 35 minutes away from home for 2 hours. Sipping a brew and getting primed for a boys day with my son for our birthdays. The movie Air and a Japanese Steak House.
