A while back there was a post about trying all of the Beer Advocate styles and a lot of people were missing Kvass. I found Twisted Kvass today at Seedz Brewery in Union Pier, on the west side of Michigan. Going to open the bottle tomorrow.
I knew Jester King made it. Unfortunately I'm not near Texas. I follow Jester King on Tavour just in case they ever offer it. Fonta Flora is new to me.
I was there last Saturday and didn't notice this on the board, but I wasn't looking for it either. I would expect it's excellent. Everything I've ever had there is spot on to style and excellent.
I'm not sure about it being on the board. It was on the last page of the tap menu. It was a 750 ml bottle. And it was excellent.

Scratch does a Kvass and it's the #1 ranked. If anyone wants to tick this let me know! Now who has my Sahti or Faro??
I asked about that when I was there. Was told the tap list changes often so they don't post it online.
I can respect that. However, I don’t think their bottles should be too hard to advertise. I will be there Friday, so I am just hoping they will have something I can bring home.
Kvass bottles were still in stock yesterday afternoon, until I took the last one. I was told they would have more when they restock the fridge.
I was able to find a Sahti at Archival Brewing, near Grand Rapids in April 2022. You might check them out. I'm still looking for Faro.
