Alpine Nelson, I mean Wondrous Sleeping Chamber. I'll shout it far and wide: this is a nearly perfect replica of the OG Nelson + Rye West Coast masterpiece. If I had the original in front of me, I doubt I could tell the difference. @TheIPAHunter



Speaking of West Coast (and masterpieces), there's no musician who makes me miss the West Coast (L.A. specifically) more than this one . . .

 

Lite finished, Sweetwater Hazy IPA from the Publix BOGO....

 

Yikes! Be careful. My mother in law's neighbors literally set three houses on fire grilling on a windy day. Melted the siding of the front of her house.

In Portland (Oregon) for the rest of the week. Lunch and some beers at Steeplejack. Cool brewpub in an old church. Pints of Bitter and Mild so far, good stuff.

Actually, I do like seafood tacos. Usually the ones I get at the beach are shrimp tacos and/or mahi mahi tacos. Regardless of the filling, I am a huge (not body size) taco fan.

Time to pour my first real beer today.

Vacation day tomorrow so the beers are going down easy. Just shoo'd off a 3 food black snake into the brush. Not scary but they always appear from nowhere. I just mowed our half acre and never saw him once. Jai Alai in the 82 degree sun....

I really wish the series wasn’t on the same night as the Leafs series. Gonna be some serious energy in both those buildings I bet. I’ll pulling for NJ in that one, I’ll tune in during our intermission; round 1 the most glorious time of the year.
