    Yes, it works well with a nice cast iron pan and beef pressed thin, then into a hot oven to develop a crust on the bottom, flip, top and back in for melting time. Key is to keep it thin I suppose.

    I am trying all the beers in the Samuel Adams new Ditch Days Summer Pack. I have had Porch Rocker and Summer Ale a million times but the two new variety pack only beers seem good. The Summer Adventure Lager really is not half bad.

    Clancy's looks like The Pickwick in Greensboro circa 1968.. My favorite all time bar. There was a break in the bar, about that length of bar coming at the camera to the back of the room. Best burgers and juke box ever. I saw The Allman Brothers next door at The End Zone in 1970. It was and is a very cool urban in-fill neighborhood with excellent long term businesses. I miss the place.

    Next up at Bull n Bear: FAANG-tastic, a NEIPA. I haven't had this one for awhile. Mosaic and Simcoe. Mandarin orange, tropical fruit, and red berry. Simple but effective!

    Switched over to Deep Space on Soma, but all of these get boring after a bit. Nothing like my own curated music, haha.

    Gonna pop a Genesee Cream Ale. Found a 24 oz'er in the emporium. They can't get 6 packs. Haven't had one of these in decades. Now I think I know the definition of a nanosecond. The time it takes for the head to disappear on a cream ale, haha. Wow, really nice, less sweet than expected a bit more hop than I would have guessed.
