    Next up is one that I have been holding onto for a while. Original Sin from Lervig. A bourbon barrel-aged stout with vanilla and cacao nibs. From Norway. Amazing stuff! Notes over in the stout thread. Cheers all.

    Too much!! I hate to see food wasted.
    I will give some to the staff but on most cases people go overboard. Goof for profit but the waste of food I will never get over.

    ...intended to grill the salmon last night, but life got in the way...the delay didn't take away for how great the rub (garlic powder, basil, minced onion, gray salt and parsley) and the smaller piece (for a friend) with only gray salt and black pepper) turned out...

    ...look for 'Fish In The Sea' at 28:49...

    Nice! That was one of the beers (back in 2013) that pulled me into BA. Blew my mind then, and has aged beautifully. I had one last year, and I think I have one more in the cellar. Cheers and enjoy!
