    My niece just landed a job as an au pair in Saint-Maro in Normandy. She heads over next month. When someone heads over to visit her I'll have my order of French beer ready for them to bring back to me!

    Also, your steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car! :stuck_out_tongue:

    Have to apologize but I have to correct you twice on this.

    Saint Malo is actually in Britanny albeit close enough to Normandy.

    We in the northern hemisphere, including our Murican friends drive on the RIGHT side of the road.

    You could probably mention about that tiny, cloudy and rainy island on the other side of the channel but that’s how normal people roll.

    My bad. Since it was the site of a famous battle in WW2 I had just assumed it was in Normandy. Shows what I know!

    It's probably best we don't mention it. We don't want @EmperorBevis to think we like the place! :wink:

    There is something very French about driving on the interstate with your coat on and a scarf around your neck. The only thing ruining it is the Dacia instead of a Renault, Citroen or Peugeot!

    Just teasing of course. Glad you got some time to enjoy yourselves outside of town. Looks/sounds like spring has not made it there yet. Cheers!

    Ah! Correct on all accounts this time. It was about 3c/37F this am up there and not quite the time to wear light clothes. As I repeated numerous times it’s either a never ending winter or just more typical spring and in the afternoon we have to take off the coat or jacket.

    Yep Dacia, cheap but nice little car. Was thinking of buying a new and probably different brand but oh well. It drives me wherever I want and would rather spend my tight budget on vacay.

    Good morning BAs! Today’s coffee is from yet another country that does not drive on the Right side of the road - Guinness Foreign Extra Stout:

    Bottled 9/14/22. Poured at 53°. While I like Guinness Draught @AzfromOz , I prefer the Foreign Extra, which has sadly disappeared from the local shelfs (maybe it was just here in anticipation of St. Patrick’s Day). I saw the beer at my nearest grocery store yesterday and bought the last 2 4/pks.

    Whittling down what to take in the RV, and packing what is going on my 6 week road trip; I’ll probably stay put today and work on that task. Cheers and have a free-living Friday y’all!

    I have never seen the Foreign Extra Stout around here, only the Extra Stout, (label is similar, just a different color). What is the difference between the two?

    Happy Friday BA's! Overtime done, errands with the wife finished and we dropped off the GT350 for it semi-annual $200 oil change and check over. We decided to grill burgers for lunch so prep has begun with a Parish Brewing Murphy DIPA, a really enjoyable brew.
