My Cousin Farmer-In-Law started a trucking business and at a family party this weekend was talking about some big business. Seems like there is a huge expensive horse farm industry in Florida, in fact, some dude had a horse worth more than their entire farm (3 mil). Well, just so happens that NYS sweet hay brings top dollar and is premier feed, thus these hillbilly’s are making a mint. I, your hero, happen to mention that Ocala (yea, I watched the Chamber of Commerce video you posted) is the hub of expensive horse in the world. Well, between Ocala and West Palm Beach you guys are keeping my farmers flush with new 100,000 tractors

Paid a visit to For The Love of God Brewing earlier this week and came away with a bottle of their wild ale, Casting Stones. Hitting it now after a long ass day at work:

This is their description:
"Mixed fermentation sour aged in Malbec barrels with apricots and vanilla beans. Bottle conditioned with champange [sic] yeast and local honey."
Although I couldn't get any vanilla beans out of it, by and large it's aged pretty well for something that was bottled around 2 years ago.

I'm reading Steve Hackett's autobiography. Right now I'm at the part where he's talking about recording his first solo album, recorded while he was still in Genesis. Apparently the woman singing this is Mike Oldfield's sister, something I never realized before:
