The mainpage thread on scenic breweries got me to thinking about local ones. Here in Tha Ham, none really have a view. Gruff has a bit of scenery, but the highlight is a stunning view of the Co-Gen power plant. Similar for Kulshan's K3 spot, but the view up Sehome and South Hills is OK. From the upstairs room at Otherlands, there's a bit of a view of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters.

District in Mt. Vernon is right by the river and is semi-scenic. Birdsview is a great spot (but the beer, oof!) but that's about it. Holy Mountain has a great view of trains and cruise ships. What else, besides the ones mentioned in the main thread, we got up here?

Pelican Brewing in Pacific City is plenty scenic, with views of the ocean and Chief Kiawanda Rock. Updraft IPA is really good for the afternoon, and one of their barrel-aged beers would be delightful for evening scenic drinking.

Everybody's Brewing in White Salmon, WA has a deck with a nifty view of Mt. Hood and solid beers.

Yeah, those, along with Solera, were mentioned in the main thread. That's what got me thinking about all the natural beauty we have around here, there's few breweries with a view of it.

Just across the water from Everybody's, but I had a great time watching the kite boarders from Ferment's upstairs deck in Hood River.

I imagine the tasting room at Fort George's new production facility in Astoria has a nice view of the Columbia River. They converted one of the old canning warehouses, and put a bunch of picnic benches on the attached pier.

I didn't see any mention of Narrows Brewing in Tacoma. You have a pretty view of the Sound and the bridges.

Most scenic brewery in my neck of the woods is Precious Things, which I discovered today is not listed in the database. I'm already out in the Valley, and intend to stop by PT soon, so I'll try to take some pics while there.

Most of the breweries around here are pretty urban and pretty unscenic.

The Alesong countryside location also needs a mention.

I loved the original Buoy location. Sitting at the bar and watching the river flow by is a wonderful experience.

Bale Breaker's taproom in Yakima is uniquely scenic when the hops are up. Does that count?

Precious Things Fermentation Project, on Saturday. Weather became rainy as fuck when I was about 5 miles out, so drinking there became, by default, an indoor experience.

Scenic but it also smells amazing during harvest.

Nothing comes to mind in my neck of the woods, unless you enjoy watching traffic on Lake City Way.

I was gonna suggest Logsdon (never been but I remember seeing pictures) but just discovered they are permanently closed—which makes me sad. I was not aware.

Not sure anything beats the Pacific City Pelican or Solera, but a couple other places I've enjoyed are Wolves & People in Newberg and Thunder Island in Cascade Locks.

Also, not a brewery, but TopWire Hop Farm in Woodburn is pretty cool. Similar vibe to Bale Breaker, as you can sit & drink surrounded by hop bines.

Old Schoolhouse Brewery in Winthrop has a back patio that sits along the Chewuch River. It is very scenic and relaxing, and the beers are quite good.
Old Stove has a great view of the Puget Sound at their Pike Place location. Beers are very good.
Rooftop Brewing Company has a nice view over the cut into Ballard in Seattle. The beers are solid.
Gorges Beer Company in Casade Locks has a great view of the Bridge of the Gods from their rooftop deck.
Magnuson Cafe and Brewery in Seattle looks to have a nice outdoor patio over Lake Washington, but I've never been.
