All youse guys got me thirsty and then I remembered I had one of these in the cellar.
I host a Stout Appreciation Night once a month and this one is my highest rated non BA stout. Hits the right notes for me.
    Cheers all.
My afternoon at work should be interesting.

I think the non BA version is better balanced, thus I prefer it. You definitely should give it a try and let us know what you think. :beers:

Did you get this recently or had it the fridge a while?

edit...actually just noticed thats not the High West BA version..I think they carry that Delmar year round and only release the HW aged once per year...it's a fine brew either version

Over 70 cans with the old design, taking advantage of a cool overnight with the windows open and still cool inside.

Always refrigerate these and you should have a similar enjoyable experience regardless of age. This one was canned 10/1/21.

Impressive collection. I try to refrigerate all beer except barleywines that would take up too much room in the fridge. They can hold up better than almost any style, so it’s the obvious choice

Is it ok to start at 9:30 if the beer is called ‘Breakfast’? A little on the sweet side, but definitely a nice beverage.

The words "breakfast", "waffle", "pancake", "muffin", "morning", "sunrise", "dawn", and "daybreak" in the name of a beer make it perfectly valid to drink in the morning. That said, I get the ol' stink eye when I explain that to my wife. :unamused: Luckily, I'm always up hours before she is.

A summer BA stout. One of my favorites. The new packaging is nice. What are your thoughts on drinking a beer like this in hot weather?
