    Thanks, @RaulMondesi, and happy Friday on the first day of this Aussie long weekend celebrating King Charles' birthday. Not that he was actually born today or any time this month, but who's complaining?

    Helping celebrate my regent's birth is Lager from Mismatch Brewing Co. The name is appropriate as they got the King's birthdate wrong, and the beer is a mismatch of a thin, soda-like finish and a light, lemony, floral hop base. If I didn't know better I'd think it was a Mexican Lager. But I do know better, and anyway, this weekend is all about England, not Mexico...

    Good morning advocate! Today is truly special, I enjoy the beers I drink, I'm not a ticker or a fad chaser. I have no fear of missing out, with possibly one exception - Pliny the Elder. I've seen and heard of this beer for as long as I've been on this site, today I drink it courtesy of @Nugganooch a great trader and truly excellent BA.

    Happy Friday BA's! Started with a beer that I thought was a right royal disappointment. Followed it up with Trillionaires by Buxton Brewery in England, an imperial pastry stout, while watching Australia play India in the 2023 World Test Championship final at The Oval in London. Nice caramel fudge and chocolate flavours. Aussies looking good so far in the cricket ...

    Lovely morning in Casper..actually, most HAVE been. It's the afternoons that take the days downhill.

    Very nice NEIPA here from Listermann. So smooth with plenty of citrus and not too much tropical fruitiness.
