Side Project will have a few bottles according to their Insta page.

The Silent Barrel #633 to-go release will happen entirely through The Wine & Cheese Place and we will save a TINY number of bottles to show up at our bigger events for on-site enjoyment.

They are also having a release with their Keeping together colab on June 15th

Curious if the CWH bottles stick to the same price point or if this is just TWCP doing their own thing.

Jokes aside, I think it’s cool that they’re doing this and I’m sure the beer is fantastic.

 

i’m just not sure the concept of “single barrel” is going to translate to beer like it does in the world of whiskey. the thing that always set SP apart was the blending. don’t get me wrong, you have to brew and barrel-age good recipes to blend but is the complexity and range of flavors going to be there in a single barrel?

cool concept or just a way to produce something hyper-limited?

I’ll just wait for TWCP to release this years Maman. Last years was awesome and it wasn’t $75 for a 375 lol
