My dad's making me earn the beer this week. Knee deep in dinner prep. Dry rubbed pork tenderloin, broccoli and corn on the cob. We're gonna need a bigger grill! Waiting for water to boil to give this broccoli a quick cook so it can be grilled. Cape May IPA. Cheers!

 

I somehow lost track of this bottle in my cellar—vintage 2013, best before 4/28/2014 according to my notes, though I don’t see that printed anywhere on the bottle. Anyhoo, I will be sipping on this while I catch up on pre-recorded French Open action today. It’s a drizzly Saturday and I have nothing better to do. Cheers!

I guess life is a balance, so slight sadness the host and creator of Jazz Organic is stepping down from volunteer hosting the show which first aired on WDCB in the Fall of 2017. The good news is the show will continue, for now with rotating hosts. Here are two from Jimmy Smith, featured many times on his Organ focused show.
