    Happy Monday! Starting off with a beautiful pour of Guinness. reminded me of a bottled mocha, perfect for gathering my brain cells together. What's everyone up to today?

    Another day off and we still have hot weather which means dry and dusty roads so another gravel ride was on the menu! This time I did a 4h ride from home to the famous "secteur pavé" from Paris-Roubaix. Epic feeling to be on these roads. Now time to chill with a low ABV trappist. Cheers!

    Soggy AF morning out there... recovery NA/UA Ital Pils post 4 mile-ish run.
    This is a weird little pre-monsoon wet spring/summer for us. I'll take it. Everything is green.

    Managed to get the lawn mowed before the 100% chance of rain hits.

    Now cooling off with Southern Tier French Toast.

    G’day all!

    Still in pretty Tenerife and today was a long, exhausting but delightful day. We went to the Loro Parque here in Puerto de la Cruz… so much more than a “zoo” with parrots, gorilla, lions, dolphins in a rather gorgeous environment.

    Only posting bellow a couple of photos because I mostly did videos of the dolphins show and can’t share. The rest of the animals were in the shades, far away from the obnoxious crowd of tourists.

    Aside from that I stopped by a typical shop with local products including a good IPA from this island:

    Thought I'd wake up a few hours later, but was awaken unexpectedly by roofer work next door. Hoping this one puts me back to sleep, if only for an hour or two more.

    Chouffe Soleil.
    Was looking forward to enjoy some sunshine at the end of the day when I was at my airconditioned office most part of the day. But I guess I better get back inside soon now. MacBook is overheating and, most important, beer is warming up way to quick :slight_smile: Even after 17:20.
