    Mashed, actually. And no photo of the finished product; I very rarely do (and I'm often not drinking a separate beer at the time, so it's not appropriate for the thread), but I do have a FaceBook food group where I will share on the odd occasion. :slight_smile: No yucking of the yum there; everyone is welcome. :slight_smile:

    I've only recent gotten decent at at-home chicken-fried-chicken (or Southern-fried, or double-friend, as any may prefer), even though I've been cooking for decades. These turned out awesome.

    Flour-egg-flour is 100% mom chicken (even if my flour was quite a bit more seasoned :stuck_out_tongue: ). I prefer flour-egg-panko (or home made breadcrumbs). :grinning:
