I’ve only scratched the surface of cleaning and repairing chores here at the old homestead…done for the day, on the side porch drinking “Dam The Dank” a WCIPA by Swamp Head Brewery, Gainesville, FL:



A tasty beer hiding in one of my travel coolers. It’s sunny and 72° with a slight breeze. Another perfect evening to sit on the glider and watch the world go by…Cheers y’all!

 

Seven hours of work til the beach for 3 days. Recycled Jai Alai pic, because I think she has a stink eye loaded and it is 91 feels like 100 out here right now.

Managed to sneak in a few holes of golf before the sudden rain/thunderstorms, and now the sun is coming back out.........we have a saying here in New England I think you know how it goes.

Breakfast for dinner tonight, such a well made/non deceiving beer. Bakers chocolate & some dark coffee notes play nicely with the oatmeal stout base.

 

Loving everything about this post. Have spent more time in Monterey/Big Sur than almost anyplace in CA aside from my primary residences there. Cheers!

Late Late Start to the day. Skipped my nap yesterday, then was wired until after 5AM before I hit a wall and crashed after the Las Vegas Golden Knights won La Coupe Stanley in only their sixth season. They become one of four Las Vegas Four Giants last night in glorious fashion, winning 9-3!
