    White Elm BBA Champurrado Imperial Stout, 13% ABV. I rated this 4.23 the first time, just increased it to 4.38.

    This has been in my cellar for 5 months. As I was pouring it, I noted it says "Keep cold". Oh well, hasn't killed me so far. If anything, it's improved, with really strong cocoa flavor no vegetal pepper taste this time.

    #2, finishing up the 4-pack of this, same brewery as beer #1 today, and a very good follow up to that bitter WCIPA - this is rich, roasty, and a little boozy. Very good stuff, IMHO.

    Dinner prep beer - Anchorage Brewing’s “WithinUs” DIPA:

    One of my favorite beers from Anchorage. Semi sweet citrus and tropical fruit. Hazy but light bodied and crushable at 8.4%. And the label art is some of the best in beer world:
