This small brewery has only opened a taproom recently in mid-2022 called Bricktown Bierhaus. The taproom is located in West Haverstraw NY close to Industrial Arts Brewing's original location, and it promises a diverse lineup of beers.

SPBC recently brewed a small batch of Grodziskie.

The current lineup of proprietary beers on tap is:

    Black IPA 5.5%
    Kolsch 5%
    Hefeweizen 4%
    West Coast IPA 6.2%
    Oatmeal Stout 6%
    Grodziskie (limited) 4.8%

Was talking with one of the brewers and hopefully cans should be available next month.

Canned by Apex Brewing. It's a very hazy Kölsch with perhaps a bit too heavy a mouthfeel. But it does taste fantastic and that matters the most. I saw it at one store so there has been very limited distribution, but I wouldn't expect to see it outside of Rockland and maybe Orange or Sullivan.

The latest list of proprietary beers on tap as of my last visit:

Aye Be You WC IPA 5.5% abv
    Tompkins Kolsch 5% abv
Hessian Session Session IPA 4.2% abv
Saison Experimental Batch (limited) 5.8% abv

+ 7 or 8 Guest Taps and some cans. The Hefeweizen should be back soon and better than the last batch according to the brewers.

October Update on these guys: they have a few bombers left of their BBA Belgian Brown ale, which I'm enjoying now. Their Kolsch on tap is much better than the cans. They also have their own Marzen for Oktoberfest, and a few more proprietary options.
They have Von Trapp Bohemian Pilsner on tap which is fantastic. Plus a good amount of other beers that are great for the season.

SPBC beer options at the end of 2023:

    West Coast IPA
    Blonde ale w/ Apricot
    Witbier
    Oktoberfest
    Mexican Lager
    Kolsch (fresh cans available)
    Pale Ale
    Watermelon Lager (limited)

They seem to keep to a NY-sourced ingredient and lower to moderate ABV brewing philosophy. Best ones right now IMO would be the Pale Ale and the Kolsch.

The Kolsch Cans came out much better this time around. Almost no haze in the body and subsequently a much thinner mouthfeel. Still being canned up at Apex.
