Perfect sun, heat and water. Great bodysurfing.

 

Trying to drink up my stash in the fridge...so more Miller Lite.

 

I finished work before noon and treated myself to this.

 

Good WCIPA in France

 

Just did some post lunch kitchen cleaning, now enjoying this nice dark brew....

 

Founders French Toast Bastard BBA Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy, 11.1% ABV. I rated this 4.12.

Helped my daughter make a double batch of kolaches today, in eight different flavors or combinations.

 

Bootstrap Insane Rush IPA.

 

Howdy, BA. We're off today and got some family in for bbq tomorrow.

Dale's Pale Ale. Haven't had this in a minute. Great stuff, and one of the beers that got me into enjoying hoppy beers.

1) BlackStack Fugazi (4.8% no canning date): An Italian Pils from Minnesota with flavors of lemonbread, pale bread malts, yeast, and a light bitterness.
versus
2) Falling Knife Convivio (5.2% canned 5/15/23): An Italian Pils from Minnesota and collab with Maplewood in Chicago with flavors of lemongrass, flower, crisp pale malts. (Mismatched the two beers blind)

Winner:
2) Falling Knife Convivio: Italian Pils Battle between a couple of brews out of Minnesota. Revisiting Fugazi which I remember can be good but falls off hard with a bit of age. No canning date, so unsure how fresh it is. Nice bitterness, but not quite flavorful like I remember. First try at Convivio from Falling Knife with a collab from Maplewood in Chicago, who can make some good beer. Showcases the dry-hopping nicely. It's lemony, citrusy, and floral. Excellent hoppy Italian Pils.

 

Yet another beer left by a random poker player. Decent enough for what it is.

I don't even ask myself why I like this. I just do and it randomly finds its way into the stube...Bud Clamato Chelada Picante. It's the only way I can drink Bud. Salute!! BAs!!
