Imagine if Animal from the Muppets gave you this beer. Then gave himself a haircut to look like Gonzo. That is what happened to me when @LesDewitt4beer presented me this gift. Just as I hoped.

 

Thanks! Good choice of beers. I said it before and will say it again, Hazy Little Thing is the best IPA you can buy off the shelf. No need to go to a brewery.

Not sure if you have been to the new Veil facility in Scott’s Addition but it is a much larger place than the one on Roseneath Road. Around the corner is a Starr Hill facility.

 

Gnomes also love vodka. No shrimp. She’s a meat and potatoes gnome. She had filet and mashers.

 

Alrighty kids, I'm always happy when I have 2 "Enjoy by's" in the fridge the day before the date on the can, ok, cool nobody cares. I hope everyone is at their destination by now and not suffering in traffic tomorrow. We're home and anyone visiting FL is welcome to DM me to meet. So....Stone Enjoy by 7-4-23......

Haven’t been yet. Plan to hit RVA next fall probably. I will text you. We can have a few at Veil.

 

It is too damn hot out, night cap time (well might have a Bourbon after this as well ha). Switching to refreshing cocktails for now. Made a lazy boy Gin Mule, I don't have the mint ha. But Citadelle Gin, Ginger Beer (see its there, not really ha), and lime.

Big Beard Quad collaboration between Pour Man's Brewing and Moo Duck. 10%.
Pours a thin copper orange. Thin body, no head which can be expected.
Horrible attempt at a Quad, in my opinion. I love Quads, but this beer is pretty nasty. Too bitter, almost sour.
It'll work for the buzz, but that's about all folks! Tastes like cheap Sherry.
I enjoy most of Pour Man's offerings, Moo Duck, not so much.
I hate to say it but I think Moo Duck MUCKED this one up.
I wish all a safe but yet fun 4th of July.
For those not in the US, Salúd!

 

I really miss the old "Big Mouth" pull tops. That was the joy of drinking that beer.
