    Finders Keepers from Breakside - on tap at Belmont Station in Portland! Stout aged in rye and bourbon for 15 months. Fantastic stout!

    I loooove Belmont Station. I used to travel to Portland for work 3-4 times a year; that was always one of my stops. Amazing place.

    I’ve been giving a lot of love to the WCIPA box, but I’ve still got a few beers from the Extreme Stout Box that @Todd so graciously curated a few months ago. It’s been a pleasure to enjoy those beers, and this one may be the best of the bunch. World class stuff here, IMHO.

    White Elm Single Barrel BBA Imperial Stout, 13% ABV. I rated this 4.81, my fourth-highest rated (top two tied). This was a 2019 release using an unknown barrel. Incredibly strong chocolate and marshmallow, plus graham. Should have bought s'more.

    Now I'm suspecting that the newer releases have a different base beer, because this is much s'more of a pastry-stout. Much better than the identically labeled 2021 release I posted upthread.

    Good evening all youse people that appreciate the dark side of beer. Tonight I have one from 2017 that I fell for when I first tried them but they quit making it. So this one was one of the last, I have 2 left.

    Adjunct and additive free, this is pure imperial stout. And they did a great job brewing it. Why they stopped is a mystery.

    Flying Buffalo BBA German Chocolate Cake Imperial Stout.
    It was the only pastry stout in the mix 4 pack of BBA Stouts so I culled it by drinking it.
    The chocolate and coconut were easy enough to taste, but it had active carbonation that put an edge on it and rather messed up the effect.
    Oh well, it was a nice way to end the day with. Cheers!

    Always wanted one of these and @sulldaddy was holding ,unbeknownst to me,one (Heaven Hill)for me since the fall!!! Can't wait to rip into it.

    Loved the base version of Ralphius, this sounds awesome! Have a Cognac Raphius waiting in the wings, i am pretty sure this will be as good!
